Sven Vath, and Andy C, top first acts announced for Glade

plus new areas, a forest, hot tubs, and returning favourites

Joint glade headliners Sven Vath, and Andy C lead the first acts announced for this summer's Glade Festival which makes a return from Thursday 14th until Sunday 17th June at its new home of Houghton Hall in Norfolk.

Sven Vath said of performing, "I'm really looking forward to performing at this year's Glade Festival! I've heard a lot about this event, that it is a serious music lovers' festival with a great line up and most of all I'm looking forward to DJing in the great English countryside."

The Glade Stage line-up is Sven Vath, Andy C, Rusko, Vitalic, Pretty Lights, Foreign Beggars, Marc Romboy, Toddla T & MC Serocee, Extrawelt, Tricka Technology (Krafty Kuts, A Skillz & Dynamite MC), Gaudi, Dub Pistols, Robert Babicz, Drumsound & Bassline Smith, Freq Nasty, Don Letts, Killaflaw, and Ben & Lex.

The Psychedelic Village line-up includes live performances from Killerwatts, Tristan (DJ), Max Cooper, Avalon, Master Blasters, Laughing Buddha, Loud, Allaby, The Commercial Hippies, Screen, Zen Mechanics, Electrixx, Solar Fields, Psymmetrix, Rinkadink, Burn In Noise, Hibernation, Ace Ventura, Slackbaba, Pogo, Liquid Soul, AMD, Circuit Breakers, Digitonal, Eitan Reiter, Monk3y Logic, Atomic Drop, Twenty Eight, Beardy, and OOOD.

Psychedelic Village will also host DJ performances from Dr Alex Paterson, Ans vs Regan (Nano Records 10 Year Special), Dickster, James Monro, Liquid Ross, Lucas, Hedflux, Aliji, Tsubi, IPcress, Gorgo, Naked Nick, Nova, Ade Laugee, and Shane Gobi.

These acts are only the initial announcements for the stages, there are still many more to come.

The Psychedelic Village i will have the Origin Stage at it's heart which will play host to Nano Records 10th Birthday Party and much more and be powered by Funktion 1. This year the Liquid Stage returns sited in a new forest area, alongside a new open-air dance floor The Meteor that lies in a crater inside the forest. Expect also hot tubs, spas and many more treats. Also making a return to Glade are InSpiral, The Overkill Arena, Beta - the new talent stage, and Bassment is hosted by South West crews Rinse Out, The Rabbit Hole, Beatz & Bobz and London's Chew The Fat.

New this year Glade welcomes the team that built the Ozora festival over the past seven years to join them. They will be helping with the décor and production throughout the Village and much more.

Elsewhere expect healing areas, a psychedelic cinema, World Shift, talks, art, a roller disco, spa, healing, a feast of food courts, Nano venues, and more.

Tickets are now priced at £127.25. A campervan pass is priced at £50. The deposit scheme will allow you to spread the payment of the ticket(s) over 2 easy installments (£50 plus booking and then £85 per ticket), the balance payment must be completed by the 14th of May 2012.

Under 12s are allowed into the festival for free but require a ticket. However Glade Festival will not allow anyone between the ages of 13 and 17 years into the festival. Photo ID will be requested if you look under 18.
