Midlake, and The Low Anthem, lead the latest acts confirmed to join in the special celebration of Bella Union's 15th Anniversary at this summer's End Of The Road.
Set up in 1997 by Robin Guthrie and Simon Raymonde, Bella Union has behind it some of the most important independent releases of the last two decades; End Of The Road will be celebrating their 15th year, with Bella Union curating the line-up on Friday that will also include Our Broken Garden, Poor Moon, Roy Harper, and Veronica Falls.
Said Bella Union founder and label boss Simon Raymonde, "Bella Union and End of The Road Festival have so much in common, most notably our taste in bands, and having several bands over the last 5 years who have headlined there, like Fleet Foxes, Explosions In The Sky, and Midlake, all of whom loved every minute, it seemed that when discussing what we should do for our 15th Anniversary a conversation with End of the Road was a good starting point. The outcome is something very special and this will be the pinnacle of our anniversary celebrations throughout 2012."
The first raft of acts to be confirmed were headliners Grizzly Bear are making their only UK festival appearance, and Tindersticks are co-headliners.
