The first acts announced for Nova held for four days from Thursday 5th to Sunday 8th July 2012 in the valley and gardens of a West Sussex estate at Bignor Park in Pulborough.

The first acts to be confirmed are Afrikokoa, Crazy P, Ghostpoet, Norman Jay, Krystal Klear, Jono McCleery, Roundhouse Experimental Choir, DJ Food, DK, Cheeba, JFB and Hexstatic pres Solid Reel, tUne-yArDs, and We Were Evergreen.

There's also more musical attractions announced, each night The Campfire Sessions offers sing-a-longs, storytelling, special guests, with Song-books and marshmallows provided, and co curated by the Nest Collective. The Super Nova Cocktail bar will welcome Norman and Joey Jay’s Good Times Sound System. Sofar Sounds will be holding their hold pop-up gigs in their very own front room at Nova.

Also announced as being at Nova are Rankin And The Hunger Curate, Blinkart,The Fearless Theatre, Pick Of The Pleasance, Battersea Arts Centre: And The Birds Fell From The Sky, Home Correspondence, Nurse Knows Best, Red Sarah Fire Shows, Circus And Cabaret, Pop-Up Casino, The Chap Presents: Kubla Khan's Coffeehouse, 'The British Guide To Showing Off' Ft Andrew Logan Live, and David And Peter Adjaye's 'Music For Architecture' Live.

On site will be Hot Tubs, Therapies, Yoga, Wild Runs, Penguin Books, Erotic Review, Blinkart Craft Sessions, Andrew Logan Jewellery Making Salon, Rude Workshops, The Nova Arms, and Bompass And Parr: The Super Nova Cocktail Bar.

Nova intends to provide a platform for break-through new music alongside well known favourites and describes itself as a re-imagining of the great British festival experience.

Weekend tickets are priced at £139 for adults, £100 for students, teen tickets (aged 13-17 years) are priced at £60, and children aged under 12 can attend for free.
