Boardmasters announces the Beach Sessions headliners

Reel Big Fish, Xavier Rudd, and The Black Seeds will headline the three Beach Sessions at this summer's Relentless Boardmasters.

The event which takes place over five days happening from Wednesday 8th until Sunday 12th August 2012 at a cliff-top location overlooking Watergate Bay, in Cornwall On Wednesday 8th, kicking off the festival will be the legendary American ska punk band Reel Big Fish. As the sun starts to go down on Thursday sessioners can hear a blend of reggae, funk, blues, folk from Australian singer/songwriter Xavier Rudd. New Zealand reggae-funk heavyweights The Black Seeds will be rounding of the festival on Sunday.

The Relentless Beach Sessions are held in the 800 capacity in the Beach Bar overlooking the beach, the Sessions are held each side of the two day Weekender which Ed Sheeran headlines on Friday and Dizzee Rascal on Saturday. also on the bill are The Ting Tings, Maximo Park, Maverick Sabre, DJ Fresh, Zane Lowe, Redlight, Donovan Frankenreiter, The Big Pink, Lissie, Doorly, Jake Bugg, Towns, Ryan Keen , Aruba Red, Shapeshifter, Thomas J Speight, Charlotte O'Connor, Peter Bruntnell, Comedy Hour, and Jack Wallen.

The Relentless Boardmasters is held on three sites across Newquay offering action sports including surf, skate, bmx, plus daily live music acts and the music festival. As well as on Friday, and Saturday featuring music across nine stages.

Beach Sessions tickets are priced at £15. A weekend car park pass is £10, and a campervan pass is priced at £25.

An adult weekend ticket for both Friday, and Saturday is priced at £72, and £89 with camping. Adult day tickets for Friday or Saturday are priced at £40.
