The Hop Farm Music Festival which will take place in Kent from Friday 29th June until Sunday 1st July 2012 has announced the final acts completing the line-up for this year.

The new additions include another UK exclusive show booking in Richard Ashcroft, plus Kool & the Gang, George Clinton And Funkadelic/Parliament, Randy Crawford and Joe Sample Trio, Levellers, The Futureheads, Gilbert O'Sullivan, Ian Hunter, Gary Numan, Bellowhead, and British Sea Power.

Also confirmed today are The Tallest Man On Earth, Gomez, Howling Bells, Peter Hook and the Light, Gruff Rhys, King Charles, Marcus Foster, Lights, Tanita Tikaram, Mary Coughlan, The Datsuns, Field Music, and Treetop Flyers.

Other acts announced today are Various Cruelties, Little Barrie, Cashier no 9, Robert Francis, Jonquil, Mary Epworth , James Levy and the Blood Red Rose, The Sheepdogs, Dan Clews, Helen Boulding, Noah Francis, Yossarian, Flight Brigade, Maia, and Holy Something.

Whilst the Powers Stage line-up will include Sion James, Missing Andy, Washington Irving, Hares, The Joker & The Thief, Joel Sarakula, Daniel Fell, Yngve & The Innocent, The Midnight Barbers, Like Spinning, The A Train, Andy Docherty & The Caped Crusaders, Alan Medley, Kate Stapley, Julie Hawk, George Frakes, and Inti Rowland.

The Camp Acoustic stage will play host to Jamie Abbott, Ilona, Marcus Bonfanti, Rosabella Gregory, Adam Burridge, Autumn Red, Tom Copson, Jake Morley, Honeyryder, Kristyna Myles, Raphaella, Joe Corbin, Bobbie Gordon, Sion Russell Jones, Common Tongues, Us and Her, Kyla Stroud, and Rachel Furner.

Plus buskers that have been selected include Lewis Floyd Henry, Kaspar Hensel, Paul Sebastian, JD Smith, Lewis Mortimer, Elizabeth Caney, Brandon Webb, Tom Sochas, Beck Lanehart, Ryan O'Reilly, Colin Devaney, and Chris the Bag Piper.

Festival organiser Vince Power said, "I'm very happy with the bill. We have yet again put together a unique line-up of acts you're not going to see repeated anywhere else. We have some true legends including Patti Smith and Randy Crawford and I think that’s what music fans look for; a well though out bill which is the best value festival this year at £162 for 3 days, 4 days camping with no added extras."

The comedy line-up announced today is Russell Kane, Patrick Monahan, Phil Nichol, Kerry Godliman, Andy Zaltzman, Simon Evans, Ray Peacock, Carey Marx, Stephen Grant, Vikki Stone, Joey Page, Jolly Boat, and Sion James.

Other acts announced for Hop Farm's four stages include Bob Dylan, Peter Gabriel & The New Blood Orchestra, and Suede have been announced as headliners. All three headliners are UK exclusives. Other acts announced for Hop Farm's four stages include Damien Rice (UK festival exclusive), Bruce Forsyth Band, Primal Scream, My Morning Jacket, Maximo Park, Patti Smith & her band, The Stranglers, Dr John & The Lower 911, Joan Armatrading, Billy Ocean, The Psychedelic Furs, Lianne La Havas, The Jezabels, Slow Club, Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Frightened Rabbit, Tom Vek, White Denim, Ben Kweller, Lucy Rose, Fin, Dog Is Dead, Race Horses, Steve Smyth, Sian Sanderson, and Ligers. Hop Farm will take place in Paddock Wood, Kent in 400 acres of unspoilt Kent countryside, and has no VIP area, so everyone has the same experience, there's no registration, no sponsorship, and no branding.

Early bird weekend tickets are priced at £150 (see below) and children under 12 go in for free. To buy tickets, click here.

The 1st 10k have nearly sold out so from 9am tomorrow, Wednesday 18th April the weekend ticket will be rise to £162. Day Tickets will also go on sale on Wednesday at 9am. The first 5,000 will be priced at £55 per day. The day tickets include parking, but does not include camping. If you wish to camp you have to purchase the weekend ticket. Camping will not be sold separately.
