The Scottish post-punk legends will be replacing Saturday night headliner Ali Campbell who is no longer able perform at this year's festival. Campbell has issued the following statement, "I am sorry not to be able to make Rewind in Scotland, but unfortunately due to an international TV commitment I have had to reschedule. I played Rewind Henley in 2011 and had a great time; hopefully I can make Scotland next year and hope you all have a great festival."

Mike Peters (of fellow Celtic rockers The Alarm) now fronts the band who will be performing the classic singles 'In A Big Country', 'Chance', 'Wonderland', 'Look Away' and 'King Of Emotion', taken from their gold and platinum selling albums 'The Crossing', 'Steeltown', 'The Seer' and 'Peace In Our Time'.

The Rewind event that is billed as a celebration of 80's music and artists is due to take place on the weekend of Friday 20th until Sunday 22nd July 2012. Saturday's line-up will feature Average White Band, Jimmy Somerville, Midge Ure, Five Star, Go West, Sinitta, Chesney Hawkes, Katrina (ex-Katrina and the Waves), Limahl, Right Said Fred, and Les McKeown's Bay City Rollers.

Sunday will be headlined by Holly Johnson, supporting line-up includes Village People, Lightning Seeds, Marc Almond, ABC, Roland Gift, The Straits, Wang Chung, John Parr, Altered Images, The Christians and very special guest, Adam Ant and The Good, The Mad & The Lovely Posse.

Festival goers can also expect posh nosh, theme bars, and the usual 80s Rewind range of camping options. In addition to the Main Stage, the festival will have a host of other entertainment; funfairs and fireworks, street entertainers and a Kidzone, alongside theme bars, food courts, stalls, silent disco and Karaoke.

An adult weekend with camping ticket is priced at £110 (or £95 without camping). A weekend child aged 12 years and under ticket is priced at £55 (or £47.50 without camping). Children aged 3 years and under go free. A standard campervan (up to 6m in length) pass is priced at £75, with passes for campervans over 6m in length priced at £150.
