The Cribs are back to headline this year's Swn Festival which takes place from Thursday 18th to Sunday 21st October, six years after the band last played at Swn's inaugural festival back in 2007.
The Cribs will return to perform at the Great Hall on the second day of the festival (Friday 19th October 2012). Tickets for people who only want to attend this show will be on-sale 9.30am Friday 31st August 2012 priced at £10. Those who have bought a 4 day wristband or Friday wristband for Swn Festival can attend this event by buying a top up ticket.

The event for over 18s only will feature bands from both Wales and across the world, as well as DJs, film and art. There will be lots of different genres from hip hop to indie, folk, dance and rock. Other events expected at the festival include a silent disco, cinema, workshops, and art exhibitions.
Wristbands grant you free priority access to all of the SWN Festival shows subject to capacity. Basically, get a wristband and get around Cardiff to see as many shows as you can.
An early bird 4-day wristband is priced at £60, a Thursday only wristband is priced at £15, a Friday only wristband is priced at £18, a Saturday only wristband is priced at £26, and a Sunday only wristband is priced at £20. Additionally this year, Sŵn Festival are offering a 10% discount on advance tickets to those who are Unemployed, Students or NHS Staff at the time of their ticket purchase. Sŵn Festival 2012 wristbands allow access to all Sŵn Festival 2012 shows, subject to capacity of individual venues. However, there are a few select headline shows that will require a Top-Up ticket as well as a Sŵn Festival wristband to gain entry.
