The first headliner for next year's The Acoustic Festival of Britain has been announced as Scots duo The Proclaimers.
The other headline acts is still to be announced. Also added to the line-up are The Wonder Stuff (acoustic), Baka Beyond, Radio Mary, John Otway, Merry Hell, The Quireboys, WeeBagBand, Martin Stephenson, The Roving Crows, Phil Cool, Eric Faulkner, Simon Townshend, Richard Taylor, Frazer Kennedy, Rob Halligan, David Phillips, Daisy Chain Quartet, TJ & Murphy, Chris Chambers, Sons Of Clogger, David Youngs, Rose Redd, and Jemma Johnson.
They join the previously announced The Christians, Jenny Bellestar, Quill, Ed Tudor Pole, Rusty Shackle, T.Rextasy, Rodney Branigan, Nibs Van der Spuy, The Hut People, Sam Garrett, Rob Halligan, Biggles WarTime Band, Adrian Nation, Chris Wood, Hannah Faulkner, Polly Money, and BabaJack.
Early bird tickets are on sale. An adult weekend ticket is priced at £90 including camping (or £75 without camping), child weekend camping tickets for those aged 10 - 15 years are priced at £20 or £15 without camping. Children under 10 can attend for £1 whether camping or not. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Day tickets are not yet on sale.
A full weekend family camping ticket is available this year. This covers 2 Adults and 2 Children, with camping from Thursday night at an early bird price of £200.
Uttoxeter Racecourse will be charging around £5 parking fee, payable on entry. This will be charged on all vehicles using the day car park, as well as all vehicles taken onto the campsite.

Early Bird tickets can be bought until the new year with the option to pay in instalments over 4 months (Offer Ends Dec 31st). Pay approximately 25% of the cost of the tickets, and then pay off the balance in 3 monthly payments. To buy instalment tickets, click here.
