Australian Pink Floyd will be playing a celebration show to mark the 40th anniversary of the release of the seminal Pink Floyd album, 'The Dark Side Of The Moon' with a headline performance in the shadow of the iconic Lovell Telescope as Live From Jodrell Bank.
Tickets will priced at £35, and go on sale at 9am on Friday, 22nd February. eFestivals will have links for you to buy them then.
As well as providing an amazing backdrop the telescope will also be serving a secondary purpose as the worlds most incredible projection screen! Throughout the day there will be experiments and workshops along with free access to the visitor centre and in the evening the acts will perform. Jodrell Bank is brought to you by the creative minds behind Kendal Calling festival, The Warehouse Project and Ear To The Ground.
Full access to the magnificent Discovery centre is included with each ticket,and offers a chance to find out more about the mind-blowing research happening at Jodrell Bank. Explore the wonders of the universe and find out for yourself why stargazing has enjoyed a massive resurgence in the past few years.
