tickets on sale today for Elvis Costello's forest show

From 9am today tickets go on sale for Elvis Costello and The Imposters's East Anglian date this summer in Thetford Forest as part of Forest Live, organised by the Forestry Commission.

Elvis Costello will be performing on Saturday 13th July at Thetford Forest, Nr Brandon, Suffolk, fans can expect hits including 'Alison', 'Watching The Detectives', 'Pump It Up', 'Oliver’s Army', 'I Can't Stand Up (For Falling Down)', 'Accidents Will Happen', 'Pills And Soap', 'Veronica' and his classic cover of 'Good Year For The Roses' from a career spanning over 35 years.

Thetford Forest will provide a stunning backdrop for the outdoor performance, providing a natural amphitheatre set in a forest clearing. Full bar and catering services will be available with ample parking provided on site.

The Forestry Commission is committed to taking woodlands to new audiences and making them relevant to people in new ways. The forest tour is self-sustaining, paying for itself, and any profit generated goes back into improving woodlands for both wildlife and the public to enjoy.

Income generated from Forest Live ticket sales is spent on caring for this internationally important tree collection and improving Thetford Forest for both people and wildlife. Forest Live concerts are renowned for their safe and relaxed atmosphere in fantastic woodland settings.
