Eden Sessions acts joining Kaiser Chiefs announced

The support acts have been announced for Leeds indie-rockers Kaiser Chiefs at Cornwall's Eden Sessions on Saturday 29th June.

The main stage line-up for the evening will include Tom Tom Club, LA alt-rock duo Deap Vally, Exeter band The Computers, Brother & Bones, and The PJP Band.

The Mediterranean Biome stage will feature Cosmo Jarvis, Michael Cassidy, Kezia, and Cornish folk singers Lily & Meg.

This summer's Eden Sessions will their twelfth edition. The Sessions are famed not only for bringing top acts to Cornwall but also for their festival feel, with extra bands and entertainers playing around the site in the run-up to the main event.

Rita Broe, the Eden Project's Strategic Marketing Director, said, "Kaiser Chiefs are back at the Eden Sessions, but this time they're bringing some friends! With legends Tom Tom Club, the very hot Deap Vally and a whole lot of other great artists hand-picked by the Kaisers, this promises to be a fantastic day of music and fun at Eden."

Kaiser Chiefs are one of the five headliners to be announced for the 2013 Eden Sessions, joining comic Eddie Izzard (Monday 3rd June), Sigur Rós (30 June), The xx (Tuesday 2nd July), and Jessie J (Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th July) are the other acts confirmed to headline Sessions next year. Eden Sessions have become more like a one-day festival, with three stages and acts playing from early afternoon on each day.

Tickets for sessions are priced at £35. Every Sessions ticket includes entry to Eden on the day of the show or the day after.
