Richard Herring leads the latest additions to this year's line-up at Stockton Weekender which takes place over two days this year on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th July 2013 at Stockton Riverside Park.

Herring, one half of double act Lee & Herring, will headline the Saturday night in the newly named Wunderbar Tent which will offer a variety of music and comedy acts over the weekend. Craig Campbell will headline Sunday.

Whilst added to the Main Stage on Saturday are Weird Shapes, and Wild Smiles. On Sunday Collectors Club, Sarah Proctor, James Skelly & The Intenders, Frankie And The Heartstrings, and Bo Bruce join the line-up.

The previously announced Temples will headline The Vela Stage on Saturday, they will be joined by B>E>A>K, The History Of Apple Pie, Hey Sholay, The Sons of Bido Lito, Palace, and The Panoramic.

Sparrow and the Workshop will headline the Vela Stage on Sunday, topping a bill of The Jar Family, Abel Raise The Cain, Sons And Lovers, Tusk, Alistair Sheerin Band, and The Purnells.

The Roundels, and Rob Heron and the Tea Pad Orchestra join Saturday's line-up in the Wunderbar Tent which on Sunday hosts Little Violet, Holy Moly & the Crackers, and Old Muggins. The Georgian Theatre will stage a day of Alternative music on Saturday, which will be free entry to all. Set to perform are Goy Boy McIlroy, Brown Brogues, Year of Birds, Oxfam Glamour Models, Retriever, and The Approved. The Kids Are Solid Gold provide the official after show party on Saturday with a night of hip-hop featuring Clement Marfo, and Stanley Odd.

Further acts are still to be announced for the Georgian Theatre and Wunderbar Tent.

Primal Scream are headlining Saturday night, with Dexys closing the Sunday, also confirmed are Spiritualized, The Proclaimers, King Charles, Kodaline, Temples, and Dutch Uncles.

Craig Campbell will headline Sunday night in the Cabaret Tent, which hosts a mix of comedy and alternative musical acts. Also confirmed to return to play the tent is The Stockton to Darlington Ukulele Express and improvised comedy troupe Hoist The Rag.

These announcements come as the lower price band of the Early Bird comes to an end. TMA are encouraging festivalgoers to book early and take advantage of the lower prices. The price of tickets will go up by £5 on 1st May.

Early bird tickets are priced at £35 for a weekend adult ticket and £70 with camping. Day tickets are priced at £25, and parking an additional £10, under 14s free. A valid ticket is required for anyone aged 14 years or older; children under this age will be admitted free (up to 2 children per adult ticket holder) but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
