Early bird tickets are on sale now for the seventh One Love the UK's only annual reggae camping festival, which happens from Friday 15th until Sunday 17th August 2014, at a new secret location (to be announced) in the south of England.
Created in recognition of one of the worlds greatest ever rock gig, Bob Marley's famous 1978 'One Love' concert, the One Love Festival is the UK's only annual Reggae Camping Festival.
Organisers are offering festival goers the chance to buy tickets for this lovely event for a limited time priced (plus booking fees) as follows:
An adult (aged 16+) ticket is priced at £110. Children's tickets (for those aged 5 to 15 years) are priced at £55. A Family Weekend ticket is priced at £275 for two adults and two children. Children aged under 5 years can attend for free. A live in vehicle is priced at £50 and a car parking ticket is priced at £10.
There is also an adult weekend ticket deposit scheme where a ticket can be secured for £55 with a final payment due in May.
Please note that all under 16 year olds must be accompanied to the festival by an adult.
An adult cannot be responsible for more than 4 under 18 year olds each. Proof of age for child tickets may be required on site. Live in vehicle tickets will be available at a later date.
There are no acts confirmed yet for 2014.
One Love have also set up a Kickstarter Campaign hoping to raise £40,000 in just 40 days to help make the event even better. The festival is urging reggae fans to help make history, and keep Reggae and One Love strong in UK.
The funds they hope to raise (if they do not reach their trget no money will change hands) will help to allow the event have more creative freedom, help them to grow, and allow organisers to make a fresh start.
Organisers reveal, "Help us put on another excellent show and reach new heights by contributing. We need to Grow One Love into a bigger size to secure our future and by doing so Our message to a wider audience. We are the Only Festival that Promotes Peace in UK. We want To increase the Marketing and PR, Ultimately We want to bring Reggae and our message of Peace and Unity into the Main Stream.
"We want to increase our production into a increased sized event: with bigger marquees, more stalls, more decoration, more walkabout performances, we want to concentrate on a Peace Garden a area where you can meditate and be at one with nature. More healing areas. More Artists of Top World Class Ranking, We want to put more up and coming live bands on supporting the genre to grow."
