The second headliner for the 12th Download Festival which will happen at Donington Park over the weekend of Friday 13th to Sunday 15th June 2014 has been announced as Linkin Park who will be performing 'Hybrid Theory' in full as part of their set.

The American rockers who last appeared at Download in 2011, are joined on the Saturday line-up by special guests Fall Out Boy.

Speaking on their performance, Chester Bennington said, “We have been kicking around the idea of playing Hybrid Theory for some time and the perfect opportunity is Download 2014. The legendary energy of the Download crowd is the apex of the rock experience and we are very excited to share this special night with them.”

Yesterday it was announced that headlining for the first time will be Avenged Sevenfold, who'll perform on the Friday night with Rob Zombie in support.

Download will announce more than 150 acts across five stages over the coming weeks and months.
