2000trees Festival 2014

The eighth annual 2000trees happening from Thursday 10th and run until Saturday 12th July at Upcote Farm, Withington, Cheltenham, in Gloucestershire have announced the first wave of bands as early bird tickets sell out.
Hip hop and electronic beats duo Dan le Sac vs Scroobius Pip, will headline the Thursday Early Entry night, with Gnarwolves, Johnny Foreigner, Ben Marwood, The Retrospective Soundtrack Players, and Oxygen Thief (with full band) also booked for Thursday, which is when organisers invite back the festival's favourite acts from previous years.
The big news for festival fan regulars 'Camp Reuben', set up after the band split before headlining the second year of festival, is that ex-Reuben frontman Jamie Lenman will be appearing.
Tickets are now on general sale after early birds snapped up tickets at last year's prices in just a few hours last week.
2000trees organiser James Scarlett is personally looking forward to the arrival of Jamie Lenman saying, "Jamie was described as 'a proper actual genius' by Front and his new album is a superb return to form of seemingly bottomless creativity and a gut-wrenchingly heavy array of tunes," he said. "We have it on good authority that he will be playing Reuben songs, so to say we're delighted at 2000trees is a massive understatement. Our very own 'Camp Reuben', which is made up of super fans who come to 2000trees each year, will be very happy indeed."
James added: "I absolutely love the 2000trees Thursday night. It just somehow feels special, like you are part of a secret club of Trees fans. It's the hard core. The Superfans! Not only do they get the best camping spots, but the atmosphere in the Cave is always electric - we're all in it together. The theory behind Thursday is we get bands from previous years to return. We choose mostly bands that have been popular with the Trees crowd over the years and also the odd band that is a favourite of the organisers."
There are no act other confirmed yet for 2014, expect a mixture of festival regulars and new underground acts breaking into the live circuit.
More than 80 live acts will entertain thousands of music fans for two days of music on four stages, plus comedy, DJs, headphone discos, quality and value food & drink, and a trader village.
Tickets are available priced at £75. Children aged 0 to 10 years old can go free but require a ticket and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. An early entry ticket is priced at £15 (less than 1000 now available).
A joint ticket with ArcTanGent Festival is also available priced at £153, and a joint ticket with Y Not Festival is priced at £140.
The festival has sold out for the last four years.
