De La Soul lead first acts for Scotland's Eden Festival

Headliners De La Soul lead the first acts confirmed for this year's Eden Festival which happens for a sixth year from Friday 13th until Sunday 15th June 2014 at Raehills Meadows, Moffat, Dumfries and Galloway, in Scotland.

Also confirmed for the festival which offers music across multiple stages, decorations and arts, cabaret and burlesque, theatre, green power, kids entertainment and crafts and workshops are Artful Dodger, Bez's Acid House, Howard Marks (DJ Set & stand up), Heatwave, The Nextmen, Ghetto Funk label party including JFB, Jus Now, Electric Swing Circus, Prince Fatty ft. The Horseman, Gypsy Disco, Will And The People, Mungos Hi Fi, Asbo Disco, Dreadsquad, Beans on Toast, Federation of The Disco Pimp, Jinx In Dub, Monk3y Logic, The Black Diamond Express, Duncan Disorderly & The Scallywags, Solko, Biggles Wartime Band, and special guest Mr. Motivator for the Saturday workout.

This year will see the inclusion of three new stages - The Drive in Cinema, The Lost Disco and the Melodrome Theatre.

The early bird offer has ended. Tickets are on sale priced at £95, teen tickets are priced at £75, with children under 12 able to attend for free. A motorbike parking pas is £5, a car pass is £10, a campervan pass is £15, and a caravan (with towing vehicle) £20.

The line-up of over 150 acts across multiple stages covers everything from reggae, dance, swing, ska and electro and more and helping to provide a 3 day celebration of music, dance, culture and community built on an ecologically sound and carbon friendly set of principles, exhibiting live music alongside decorations and surroundings. Of the festivals 11 music stages at Eden Festival, 8 are run by locals, along with the kids tent, info tent, and circus skills tent.
