Ragga metallers Skindred will be headlining the main stage on the opening day of 7th Redfest which returns over two days on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th July 2014, once again at Robins Cook Farm, Redhill, in Surrey.

Skindred's Benji Webbe said, "As ambassadors of British music Skindred are more than buzzed to be invited along to headline Red 'Dred' fest.

"All the boys in the band have enjoyed playing in Surrey and this is another chance for us to stamp down power in front of British music fans. We ain't fucking about Redfest, You're getting it!"

Also confirmed for the main stage are Krept & Konan, Toy, and Young Kato.

The festivals also announced the line-up for the Introducing Stage recently with a line-up including Beans on Toast, Dizraeli and the Small Gods, La Shark, Wildflowers, As Elephants Are, Dance a la Plage, Press to Meco, Half Crown, Narrow Plains, Run Young Lovers, Tree House Fire, High Tyde, James Gillespie, Distal Keys, Stop Press, Hermit, and The Blue Pursuit.

They join Saturday's headliners Peace, plus Hudson Taylor, George Barnett, The Skints, The LaFontaines, Lauren Aquilina, Jim Lockey & The Solemn Sun, Lulu James, The Struts, Jaws, The Blackout, TRC, Billy Locket, Coasts, Sivu, A Plastic Rose, Raglans, Soak, Heart Of A Coward, Heights, The Dirty Youth, LostAlone, Polar, Baby Godzilla, Astroid Boys, The Catharsis, Slaves, The One Hundred, Rat Attack, Fathoms, Skies In Motion, Collisions, When We Were Wolves, Aurora, Our Hollow Our Home, A Moment Lost, and Set Your Sails.

Redfest is an independently run festival which offers on-site camping, plus late bars, and food stalls.

Tickets for those aged 14+ are on sale priced at £68 for the weekend with camping available from Thursday. A weekend parking ticket is priced at £4, and kids (5-14 years of age) weekend tickets are priced at £35. A day ticket is priced at £36 for either day. Booking fees must be added.
