Japanese instrumental rockers with glocks Mono are confirmed as headliners for ArcTanGent Festival, the only festival dedicated to post and math-rock.
Mono’s only European Festival appearance of 2014 sees them headline the festival alongside This Will Destroy You, Russian Circles and God Is An Astronaut.
Takaakira Goto guitar and glockenspiel says: "We are very honoured to play at ArcTanGent Festival this year alongside so many incredible bands. Our new album is currently in progress for a release date later this year, so hopefully we will share a preview of it. As always, thank you for your support. Somewhere between the soundscapes on an open field, we meet again."
James Scarlett of ArcTanGent added, “The 2014 ATG line up is definitely a great progression from last year. We’re so happy to have European exclusives for MONO and Russian Circles, plus a UK exclusive for This Will Destroy You. If you want to see these bands then Fernhill Farm is the place to be! Ticket sales are currently smashing our targets and the festival will certainly sell out well before the gates open in August.”
