Festival organisers Festival Republic have announced more than 50 names for Reading & Leeds Festivals held over August bank holiday weekend.

Headlining the Festival Republic Stage at both events will be Palma Violets, Band Of Skulls, and Augustines.

Added to the main stage line-up are Blood Red Shoes, Crossfaith, Dry The River, Pulled Apart By Horses, Gnarwolves, Papa Roach, Young Guns, Tonight Alive, and The Story So Far. New names for the NME / Radio 1 Stage are The Horrors, The Kooks, Twin Atlantic, Mallory Knox, Lonely The Brave, and Twin Shadow..

Duke Dumont, AlunaGeorge, Gesaffelstein, The Glitch Mob, Borgore, Adventure Club, Snakehips, and Electric Youth join the Radio 1 Dance Stage line-up.

The Lock Up and The Pit will host Gogol Bordello, Brody Dalle, Mongol Horde, A Wilhelm Scream, Baby Godzilla, Dave Hause, Every Time I Die, Pup, The Flatliners, The Front Bottoms, The Skints, The Wonder Years, Slaves, Touche Amore, and Wovenwar.

While also added to the line-up today are Bear Hands, Bipolar Sunshine, Catfish & The Bottlemen, Darlia, Hudson Taylor, Marika Hackman, Mayday Parade, Meridian Dan, P Money, The Districts, and The Orwells.

Reading Festival takes place at Little Johns Farm, Richfield Avenue, Reading, Berkshire, and Leeds Festival takes place at Bramham Park, Leeds, West Yorkshire with both events happening over the weekend of Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th August 2014.

The line-up this year includes Arctic Monkeys, Blink 182, Queens Of The Stone Age, Paramore, Jake Bugg, Disclosure, Metronomy, Of Mice & Men, Wilkinson, The 1975, The Courteeners, You Me At Six, Sbtrkt, Warpaint, Netsky, Annie Mac, Architects, Pusha T, Krept & Konan, Royal Blood, Vampire Weekend, Enter Shikari, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and Bombay Bicycle Club.

Weekend tickets are on sale at the price of £205, plus booking fees, and postage fees will apply per order. Campervan tickets are also on sale priced at £60. Day tickets Friday, Saturday, Sunday £92.50 plus booking fee.
