Tickets go on sale today, Friday 28th November, for the 11th Loopallu Festival.

The small intimate festival with a line-up of well known festival favourites and Scottish acts takes place on Friday 25th and Sunday 26th September 2015 at Ullapool, Ross and Cromarty, Scotland.

There are no acts confirmed yet for 2015 however tickets for the 2014 edition sold out before a single name was announced.

Robert Hicks, Festival Founder & Director said, "2014 was a vintage year. Selling out quicker than ever without a single act being announced was extremely humbling for all involved in Loopallu and something we don’t take for granted. Indeed, the pressure to exceed the experience in 2015 is immense, but a challenge we’re whole heartedly embracing."

Situated in the pretty little fishing village of Ullapool on the shores Loch Broom Loopallu has activities for all ages in addition to the music. The festival also offers local food and drink along with fringe events throughout the village.

As well as the usual eclectic line up of acts appearing at the festival big top and the fringe events after hours in the villages pubs, the festival will be welcoming the return of the Literally Literary tent in association with Ullapool Book Festival.

Tickets are priced at £70 without camping, or £85 with weekend camping, and caravan tickets are priced at £25. Weekend tickets for children aged 6-12 years are priced at £10 with or without camping. Under-5s are free, though everyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult. Prices do not include booking fees.
