£29.50 - SOLD OUT
Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott will be playing in the beautiful setting of Yorkshire's Dalby Forest on Saturday 27th June as part of the Forestry Commission's Forest Live annual concert series.
Paul and Jacqui’s 2014 album, ‘What Have We Become’, marked the 20th anniversary of their first album together, The Beautiful South’s ‘Miaow’.
The magic Heaton/Abbott vocal chemistry forever imbedded in such Beautiful South classics as ‘Rotterdam’, ‘Don’t Marry Her’ and ‘Perfect 10’ is recaptured on the critically acclaimed album, including singles ‘D.I.Y’, ‘Moulding Of A Fool’ and ‘When It Was Ours’, and in live performances with a succession of sold out indoor shows.
The Dalby Forest concert will see them play material from their new album and songs from The Beautiful South and the Housemartins.
Forest Live is an independent programme organised by the Forestry Commission bringing music to new audiences without commercial branding or sponsorship. Income from the concerts is spent on improving the woodland for both people and wildlife.
Tickets are priced at £29.50 (plus £2.95 booking fee) and go on sale at 9am on Friday 12th December, and eFestivals will have links to buy them then.
