Enter Shikari, and Roni Size Reprazent lead the first acts for NASS Festival which takes place at the Royal Bath and West Showground, Somerset, from Thursday 9th (limited entry) until Sunday 12th July 2015.
NASS merges music and sport, bringing together Extreme and Street Sports, including displays and competitions from skateboarders, snowboarders, FMX, and BMX bikes, by presenting bike and board sports platforms along with live music entertainment. The show has a dedicated family camping area, youth group camping area, crèche, childrens play area and extreme funfair. Kids under 8 go free.
Enter Shikari's lead singer Rou Reynolds said, "We are honoured to be headlining NASS Festival 2015. A celebration of bass music and extreme sporting ability. Seems like the ideal place for us to find ourselves next summer."
Following a hiatus, where band members explored individual ventures, they have chosen NASS as the festival for them to make their first full live band performance in a very long time. Roni Size said, "Bringing back Reprazent has been on my mind for some time now. Looking forward to playing new tracks from the new album, Do It For The Masses. There's no better feeling than when you walk on to the stage to perform a live show, the noise of the crowd screaming, turns into a roar! NASS is one of those festivals when all of a sudden, it's all systems go. Then we all become one!"
Also confirmed are Daktyl, Kurupt FM, DC Breaks, Low Steppa, Majistrate & Shabba, Mickey Pearce, Rene La Vice, S.P.Y, Taxman, and Original Sin featuring Unknown & Felon. There are many more acts to be confirmed for 2015.
Skaters, BMX riders, and Inliners have not yet been confirmed.
