£135 for 3 days - SOLD OUT
Tickets have sold out for the seventh year running, for Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival seven months before the Scottish festival happens.
All the £135 weekend tickets went in record time before the Friday night headliner was revealed for the Inverness-shire event now in it's 12th year happening over three days Thursday 6th to Saturday 8th August 2015, with all available adult and children weekend and day tickets sold as have Campervan/ Caravan tickets.
Tickets allowing an upgrade from Weekend to Three Day tickets to see The Proclaimers on the new Thursday night main stage are available to existing Weekend ticket holders, as are Saturday to Weekend upgrades. Upgrades to Electrical Hook-up are available to existing Campervan/ Caravan ticket holders.
Festival goers are strongly advised not to buy tickets from sellers on auction or social media sites and never to part with funds unless tickets are in the hand and known to be genuine. Organisers will announce a resale for unsold tickets, tickets sold anywhere else will be in breach of the seller's terms and conditions.
“Our core audience have really taken to heart the new third main stage night on the Thursday and tickets for that have sold well ahead of expectations,” said festival promoter Joe Gibbs. “ So many people arrive these days on the Thursday night we thought it would be inhospitable of us not to expand the event to offer more entertainment that evening.”
Already announced for Belladrum’s music line-up are The Proclaimers in an extra night slot on the main stage on the Thursday, and Kaiser Chiefs headlining the Saturday. Joining these on the line-up are Eddi Reader, Honeyblood, KLOË, Manran, Scooty & The Skyhooks, Martin Stephenson & The Daintees, MacFloyd, Tantz, Torridon, Coco & The Butterfields, The New Madrids, Blackbeard’s Tea Party, Dizraeli & The Small Gods, Goat Roper Rodeo Band, and Rusty Shackle.
Belladrum has also announced that its fancy dress theme this year will be 'Superheroes'.
Many more artists are still to be announced with around 100 acts in total appearing across five stages featuring locally and internationally renowned artists and favouring a lo-fi approach.
Belladrum offers plenty of interest aside from the music, including an array of entertainment for children, although the fairground rides will not be on site this year. Attractions include street theatre, cabaret, cinema, dance, alternative therapies, stalls, food and drink.
