The line-up of new bands has been announced for the Uncommon People Stage at Rob da Bank's new non-camping festival called Common People, which will take place on Southampton Common in Hampshire on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th May 2015.

Confirmed for Saturday are Jaws, Pale Seas, Wild Smiles, Science of Eight Limbs, Dead Rabbits, RickyFitts, The Boy I Used to Be, Black Kat Boppers, SomaHigh, Subgiant, The Novatones, and Bel Esprit.

While Sunday will see performances from Dexters, Sean McGowan, The Rising, Brother Goose, Sacha (Pie & Vinyl), Cholombian, Morgan Hislop, Charley Macauley, and Fever.

Common People music guru Rob da Bank said, "Yup, we’ve got Fatboy and Grace Jones, and loads of new blood, like Years & Years and Slaves, but my eye is always firmly on the horizon, looking for the future of music no less! I’m really pleased to have hooked up with the legendary Joiners in Southampton, and Pie and Vinyl in Portsmouth, to bring you some really incredible new acts, from full on indie and rock bands, to some ace laptop producers and just about every style in between. The Uncommon Stage will be where you’ll find them at Common People, so come down and discover some new music with me!"

Fatboy Slim, and Clean Bandit have been announced as headliners with very special guest Grace Jones, plus De La Soul, Jaguar Skills, George The Poet,  Band Of Skulls, Kitty Daisy & Lewis, Slaves, DJ Yoda, Years And Years, Second City, Waze & Odyssey, Jeremy Underground Paris, The Cuban Brothers, Craig Charles, Dusky, Huxley, Dense & Pika, Leon Vynehall, Luca Pilato, Jordan McKinlay, Derrick Carter, Rob da Bank, Friend Within, Toyboy & Robin, Muddywellies, Plastic Mermaids, Funky Little Choir, the Battle of the Bands winner, Mr. Motivator and West End Kids.

Tickets are priced at £55 for adult weekend tickets and £30 for a day ticket. Student weekend tickets are priced at £50 or £27.50 a a day ticket. Teen (age 14-17) Tickets are priced at £30 for the weekend and £15 for a day. Tickets for children (age 6 to 13 years) are priced at £20 for the weekend or £10 a day. Tickets for those kids aged under 5 yearsare free (but must have a ticket). VIP options are also available.

The non-camping event will also offer immersive family fun each day with Bestival regulars, venues, and entertainers including Bigtopmania Circus, Lost & Found, Tree House Theatre, Big Foot the Clown Show, The Fez Heads, Big Bears Big Balloon Disco, Big Bubble Bash, Trapeze lessons, Circus Skills, Crazy Inflatable bundle madness, Face Painting, Toddlers Play Area, Craft tents, Welly Wanging, Morris Dancing, Hoedowns, Brass Bands, Cocktails, Streetfood, and more.
