Spandau Ballet has announced a West Country woodland concert this summer at Westonbirt Arboretum, near Tetbury, Gloucestershire on Saturday 11th July as part of Forest Live 2015 the annual summer music series organised by the Forestry Commission, where bands perform in unique woodland locations across England.

The 'To Cut A Long Story Short', 'Chant No. 1 (I Don't Need This Pressure On)', 'Gold', 'Through The Barricades' and 'True' hitmakers who have sold over 25 million records will be joined in the Forest by special guest James Walsh.

Commenting for the band, lead singer Tony Hadley said, "We've not done a Forest Live gig before so we are really looking forward to seeing you all down in the woods in July."

Forest Live is an independent programme organised by the Forestry Commission to bring both music and forests to new audiences.

Income generated from ticket sales is spent on protecting, improving and expanding England’s forests and woodlands and increasing their value to people and wildlife. Over Forest Live’s 14 year history, money raised has contributed to a wide range of projects, from wildlife conservation to making improvements for visitors.

Tickets will be priced at £46.50 (plus £4.65 booking fee) and go on sale at 9am on Friday 27th March, and we'll have links to buy them then.
