Imelda May, Lisa Stansfield, and Mica Paris will perform on the first night of BluesFest which returns to London between Friday 6th and Sunday 8th November 2015 moving this year to the various venues of The O2 Arena, in Greenwich.

The trio appear under the banner of The ABC Of Blues & Soul, a celebration of legendary female blues and soul vocalists, at indigO2 on the evening of Friday November 6th. The ticketed show will feature Mica Paris, Lisa Stansfield, and Imelda May backed by a full orchestra and performing classic hits from the likes of Dusty Springfield, Aretha Franklin, Ella Fitzgerald and many more.

Tickets for this show will go on sale at 9am on Friday 16th October.

They join Dave Matthews Band, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Van Morrison, Tom Jones, Matt Schofield, and Jo Harman.

The line-up for FREE daytime performances are Bernie Marsden, Chris Farlowe, Laurence Jones, Big Boy Bloater, The Boom Band, The Bluejays, The Excitements, The Mudcats Trio, Catfish, Paddy Milner, VerseChorusVerse, The Cold Heart Revue, Georgie Fame, Marcus Bonfanti, The Blues Band, Lauren Housley, Dr Feelgood, Ian Siegal, Jeremy Sassoon's Ray Charles Project, Leftennant, Big Joe Louis & His Blues Kings, Darrel Higham, Danny Toeman, Lisa Marini, Matt Woosey, Half Deaf Clatch, and Mollie Marriott.

Bluesfest organisers have also just released some specially priced seats for the Van Morrison and Tom Jones concert - fans will now be able to see the double bill, which will see both artists performing full sets with their own bands, for only £36.50.

The international celebration of blues and jazz originated from the Marquee Club's promoter Harold Pendleton, who played a key role in developing jazz and rock scenes in London, the original festival became a forerunner of today's Reading Festival.
