Rammstein is the first name for Rock Werchter 2016

with other Europrean festival appearances also announced

Making their 5th appearance, Rammstein will appear on the Friday night of Belgium's biggest rock festival Rock Werchter which takes place from Thursday 30th June to Sunday 3rd Julyand is held in the small village of Werchter in Rotselaar, Belgium.

Celebrating their 21st anniversary the six-piece band have previously played the festival in 2002, 2005, 2010 and 2013, and have also announced festival appearances at Download, and it's sister event Download Paris, Rock in Vienna, Allmend Rockt, Tinderbox, and appearances in their native Germany at Hurricane, and Southside. They are joined at the latter festivals by K.I.Z., Annenmaykantereit, Dropkick Murphys, Two Door Cinema Club, Trailerpark, Editors, The Hives, Flogging Molly, Bosse, Royal Republic, Genetikk, Die Orsons, Boysetsfire, Feine Sahne Fischfilet, and Digitalism.

More names are to be announced soon for Rock Werchter. Tickets go on sale next month and eFestivals will have links to buy them then.
