Jake Bugg has announced a forest show at Sherwood Pines Forest, near Mansfield, Notts on Thursday 23rd June as part of Forest Live 2016 the annual summer music series organised by the Forestry Commission, where bands perform in unique woodland locations across England.

Jake Bugg will be playing a home county gig and will appear with special guests at the event which offers everything required for a great night out, including full catering and bar facilities, the gigs are renowned for their relaxed atmosphere.

Forest Live is an independent programme organised by the Forestry Commission to bring both music and forests to new audiences.

Income generated from ticket sales is spent on protecting, improving and expanding England’s forests and woodlands and increasing their value to people and wildlife. Over Forest Live’s 14 year history, money raised has contributed to a wide range of projects, from wildlife conservation to making improvements for visitors.

Tickets will be priced at £36 (plus £4.10 booking fee), and go on sale at 9am Wednesday 2nd March, and we will have links to buy them then.
