Headliners Jurassic 5, Gentleman's Dub Club, and Foreign Beggars lead the first acts announced for Nozstock - The Hidden Valley festival which takes place at 17th century farm near Bromyard, in Herefordshire.
Now an established, family event in its 18th year, the 5,000 capacity Nozstock offers nine main stages of entertainment, intimate areas of theatre and more. The festival is held at The Farm, in Bromyard, Herefordshire from Friday 22nd until Sunday 24th July 2016. Curated by the father and daughter duo of Noz and Ella and a huge extended family who work across the entire festival.
Supporting them will be Slamboree, Hot 8 Brass Band, Professor Elemental, Split Prophets, Dr Syntax & Pete Cannon, Tankus the Henge, Solo Banton & The Upper Cut Band, Son Of Dave, Houdini Dax, Kagoule, Eva Lazarus, and Sam Redmore.
This year's DJ line-up includes Friction & Linguistics, Dub Phizix & Strategy, DJ Marky & MC GQ, Dimension, Rene LaVice + Stapleton, The Prototypes, JFB, Ulterior Motive, Jubei, Rockwell, Randall, Teddy Killerz, Xtrah & Stealth, and Channel One, with many more acts and DJs to be announced.
This year's fancy dress theme is Wonders Of The Ancient World, and festival goers are encouraged to dress up.
The festival's ethos is about bringing play to everyone, in whatever form it can. Nozstock believes in the value of not only entertaining, but in participation and contribution for all ages with activities that little ones can enjoy as well as families.
Early bird tickets have sold out, Tier one tickets are priced at £109 for adults (Thursday arrival £119) and teens tickets are priced at £85 (£95 with Thursday). Tickets for children aged 12 years and under are free. A car parking pass is priced at £10 carmpervan pass is priced at £35.
Nozstock is a playground for everyone, from seasoned festival goers to newbies setting out for their very first time. Inspirational and intimate, this eclectic haven offers a broad spectrum of live music, DJs, arts, comedy, workshops, cinema and performance in a sublime setting, flowing from family-friendly adventure by day to a big party by night, set across various locations at this delightful, topsy-turvy farm.
