Caribou join Sigur Ros as headliners for a London exclusive at Citadel, which returns for a second year to London's Victoria Park on Sunday 17th July 2016.
Conceived and created by Wilderness Festival and Superfly, co-creators of American festivals Bonnaroo and Outside Lands. The line-up also includes Lianne La Havas, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Matt Corby, Calexico, Submotion Orchestra, Cats Eyes, Andrew Weatherall, Jazzanova, The 2 Bears, Pedestrian, Maribou State, Susanne Sundfor, Tinariwen, Akala, Matthew and the Atlas, Gogo Penguin, Billie Marten, Rukhsana Merrise, James Canty, Gillbanks, Antimony, and Cosmic Strip.
The early bird offer has ended. Tickets are priced at £49.50 for everyone attending aged 12 or over. Children aged under 12 years tickets are priced at £5.
Communion and visionary independent promoters Soundcrash will be aligning with Citadel once again to curate their respective stages. fabric will be holding the Sunday Sessions.
Away from the live music programme, the festival will host chefs who'll produce a series of long table Sunday dining experiences with The Sportsman’s Stephen Harris, whilst Secret Productions' Sunday Papers Live team will host a tent of captivating literary talks, spoken word and debates.
There will also be a Park Bandstand, Corona Sunsets, Kopparberg Urban Forest, Citadel & Underbelly presents The Comedy Tent Rock N Roller Skate, The Meadow Stage, Kids & Families activities and The Artist Studio in partnership with The Indytute
Away from the music there will be a Sunday Sports Day, a range of arts and crafts classes and workshops onsite, fashion & beauty, plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind on site, with Park Yoga sessions, massages and therapies all available for relaxation & wellbeing.
