The Music From Bond completes headliners for Nocturne at Blenheim Palace

The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra will perform a selection of music from classic Bond films on Saturday 25th June at Nocturne's concert series which returns for a 2nd year to take place in Blenheim Palace's Great Court between Thursday 23rd, and Sunday 26th June 2016.

Presented by former Bond girl Fiona Fullerton (A View To A Kill), and featuring guest vocalists Mary Carewe and Simon Bowman, The RPCO will perform themes from films including Goldfinger, From Russia With Love, Live & Let Die, Licence to Kill, Skyfall and the score from Spectre under the direction of conductor Richard Balcombe

Ennio Morricone will open the series on Thursday 23rd June. The Corrs, with support from Jack Savoretti, will perform at the event on Friday 24th June, Music From Bond performed by The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra on Saturday 25th June, and Elton John and his band perform, with support from Foy Vance at Nocturne on Sunday June 26th 2016.

Tickets for Ennio Morricone start at £45, and tickets for The Corrs are priced from £45. Tickets for Elton John are priced from £50, and tickets for ‘The Music From Bond’ start at £37.50 and are on sale from Monday 25th April, on the link above.

Nocturne at Blenheim Palace will also provide champagne receptions, fine-dining and banquet packages available inside the State Rooms (including the Long Library) of the 12th Duke of Marlborough’s family home, The Orangery and waterside picnicking.

Blenheim Palace is set in 2100 acres of 'Capability' Brown landscaped parkland in the heart of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. The 300 year old palace is a World Heritage site located 8 miles out of Oxford.
