Glastonbury Festival welcomed Adele (and her endearing swearing) to the Main Stage, as it was Saturday night and everyone was up for a party, a party which is still going on in the naughty corner with revellers still going through the night into this the final day.
The other highlights around the site yesterday included Art Garfunkel's poetry, Philip Glass's Heroes Symphony, Ozric Tentacles, Travis helping celebrate Croissant Neuf's 30th birthday, and St Paul and the Broken Bones throwing his socks into the audience. New Order were a crowd favourite ending with Joy Division's Love Will Tear Us Apart. Tame Impala and Mark Ronson's soundclash was a terrific end to the night. Earlier in the day a double rainbow sprung from the ribbon tower to bring a smile to the hippies.
Today festival goers have their last chance to visit the new Wood area, get a sheepskin holder for the metal cup, have a cider bus mulled cider, watch the sunset from the stone circle, buy a copy of the Shangri-Liar, or explore green futures, the healing fields, and the craft markets. Coldplay have been handing out light up wristbands for their colourful headline set. Festival goers will also be able to watch ELO, though we may not get Mr Blue Sky as the forecast is for sunshine and showers. Today sees Earth, Wind & Fire, P J Harvey, Beck, Cyndi Lauper, Quantic, Ellie Goulding, Jake Bugg, Newton Faulkner, and many more to see today.
It's the last chance to wiggle those hips in the mud of Glastonbury 2016 today and see some of the vast array of performing arts on show.
