Alongside the music there's of course classic and custom motors, and retro bicycle competitions, and a smattering of arts, including puppetry magic from Garlic Theatre Company. The Planet Kids area will host free clay making, plastic trombone, campervan making workshops, aerialism classes and space hopper discos.
Neil Haughey, event organiser, added: "This is our 15th year and my wife, Lucy, and I were ahead of our time creating a carfest of our very own back in 2002 with 200 people at Wroxham Football Club. Our 2017 line-up is a quality selection of up and coming acts from close to home and away. We remain the most hard working and affordable local festival with tickets from just £41 for the whole weekend. Unsurprisingly, at that price and with this line-up we've already sold 50% of our advance tickets."
Tickets are on sale currently £41 for the weekend incl. camping. Child tickets and family tickets also available. You need to get them quick, firstly because they'll go up in price (to £48.50) and secondly because they'll sell out (it always does!).
Don't worry if you don't have a VW, attendees don't have to have one to attend!
