The comedy & literature line-ups have been announced for End Of The Road which happens at Larmer Tree Gardens,Tollard Royal, Salisbury, in Wiltshire from Thursday 31st August to Sunday 3rd September 2017.
For the Comedy Stage with a blend of stand up, sketch, character, musical comedy and political satire there's Cardinal Burns, The Adam Buxton Podcast with random chats with special guests, Nish Kumar, post-punk cabaret from Die Roten Punkte, as well as Robin Ince, Doc Brown, David Trent, Desiree Burch, Joe Lycett, Jenny Collier, John Hastings, Amy Annette's What Women Want Podcast, Escape Mobile, Laura Davis, Mark Simmons, Bec Hill, Jon Pointing, Sarah Bennetto, Pierre Novellie, and Chris Betts,
For the literature line-up on the Library Stage there's Throbbing Gristle founding member Cosey Fanni Tutti discussing her autobiography Art Sex Music, Robin Ince, The Incredible String Band's Mike Heronreading from his recent memoir You Know What You Could Be: Tuning into the 1960s, surreal comedy writer Miriam Elia, new author Amy Liptrot, Will Ashon, David Keenan, Pete Brown, and Joe Boyd.
These join the acts already announced, headliners Father John Misty, Mac DeMarco, and Bill Callahan, along with Band of Horses, Lucinda Williams, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Amadou & Mariam, Ty Segall, Real Estate, Parquet Courts, Perfume Genius, Alvvays, Foxygen, Car Seat Headrest, Jens Lekman, The Lemon Twigs, Deerhoof, Gold Panda, Nadine Shah, Bill Ryder-Jones, Ryley Walker, Girl Band, and many more. Tickets are priced at £189 including camping. Youth (ages 13-17 years who must be accompanied by an adult) tickets are priced at £145, tickets for children aged 6-12 years (must be accompanied by an adult) are priced at £70, and a ticket for children aged 3-5 years is priced at £40, with free entry for a child aged 2 years, and under, they still need tickets can be purchased in advance. Tickets for a campervan/caravan pass are priced at £85, and car parking is priced at £10 (on arrival, no advance sales).
