More acts have been announced for Camp Bestival, which takes place at Lulworth Castle, Dorset from Thursday 27th to Sunday 30th July.
Captain of the ship, Rob da Bank says: “Spring has sprung and summer is finally on its way, so we thought we’d give you even more seafaring fun and games for this year’s Camp B! Something for everyone is our unspoken motto and from meet and greets with family favourites, pop stars, and reggae legends, to shenanigans and hoe-downs in Caravanserai, lindy hopping in Pig’s Big Ballroom and amazing raving for all ages, we’ve never had so much to see and do.”
For family fun there's personal appearances from Peter Rabbit, Peppa Pig, and Paddington on Friday, Saturday and Sunday respectively.
New music comes from Rae Morris (pictured above), David Rodigan, Dub Pistols, and Britpop Brass, while Huey Morgan's NYC Block party will see sets from Scratch Perverts & Mateo, Hak Baker, Grace Carter, Beans on Toast, and Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer. Raindance will have sets from new announcements Altern-8, Uncle Dugs, Liquid (live), DJ Faydz, DJ Vibes, and Fat Controller, and Big Fish Little Fish has sets from Mark Archer, Chris Liberator, Baker & Beale, Joe Muggs, High Eight, and Little My.

The Caravanserai has a 'Welcome to the Junglist Kids' drum and bass special on the Thursday, there's 'Punk Rock for all the Family' on Friday, and on Saturday it's 'The Wedding Guests' with Oh My God! They join a music line-up that so far includes headliners Simple Minds, Rick Astley & Clean Bandit, with DJs and live acts including Sara Cox, Shed Seven, Pop Will Eat Itself, Tokio Myers, Declan McKenna, Dodie, Jane Weaver, Skatalites and many, many more.
