The first-ever comedy line-up, plus more music, has been announced for the 10th Tramlines Festival, which happens for the first time at the new location of Hillsborough Park, Sheffield from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd July 2018.
For the comedy which takes over the Leadmill Stage during the day, on the Saturday there's Henning Wehn, Tom Stade, Dana Alexander, Daisy Earl, Foxdog Studios, Barbara Nice, and Dan Nightingale as the day's MC, while Sunday has Sheffield's own John Shuttleworth (pictured above), Bethany Black, Tom Wrigglesworth, Jarred Christmas, and Tanyalee Davis, with Jonathan Mayor conducting proceedings.
More music spread across the 4 music stages comes from Tokio Myers, Tom Grennan, Rae Morris, Teleman, Everly Pregnant Brothers, Black Honey, Palace, Honeyblood, Flamingods, King No-One, PINS, Her's, Little Comets, Sheafs, Self Esteem, Lily Moore, and Feet.
These join other acts including Stereophonics, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Craig David's TS5, Clean Bandit, Blossoms, De La Soul, Milburn, Jake Bugg, Shed Seven, Everything Everything, Reverend and The Makers, Stefflon Don, Mystery Jets, and many more. Tramlines promises to deliver a wide array of entertainment across four stages, along with a pop-up cinema, a kids and family area, local breweries, party DJs, cool production and more.
Tickets are on sale, currently priced at £79 for an adult weekend ticket. Under-12s can attend for free but require a ticket.
