New rock 3-dayer Call of the Wild Festival, which takes place at Kirklinton Hall near Carlisle, Cumbria from Friday 24th to Sunday 26th May 2019, has announced more acts.

Announced as Saturday headliner are The Wildhearts. Festival organisers Raz While & Dave O'Hara had the following to say about securing The Wildhearts for Call Of The Wild: "We are absolutely thrilled that The Wildhearts accepted our offer to perform at the inaugural Call of the Wild Festival. In the truest spirit of Rock n Roll there is no other band on the entire planet that we would wish for to headline the Saturday night. Being lifelong fans of the band, this is truly an honour for us."

Also newly announced are Norway's Razorbats, Cumbria's Colt 45, Mansfield's Witchtripper, London alt-rockers The Kut, stoner rockers Drudge, Scotland's Tantrum, grungy hard rock from Hellbound Hearts, Bad Pollyanna, Burnt Out Wreck, Baleful Creed, rock-driven blues from The Sourheads, Hampshire's The Black Bullets, Tomorrow is Lost, Stand Alone, and Samarkind, as well as locals Hot Hot Death, Droll Man, Beachmaster, and Brocken Spectre.

These join the previously announced acts which include Friday headliner The Virginmarys, with Sunday's headliner still to be revealed. For all of the line-up details so far please see the line-up page.

Tickets are on sale, currently priced at £79 per person including camping.
