The first list of acts has been revealed for Cambridge Folk Festival, which takes place from Thursday 1st until Sunday 4th August 2019, at Cherry Hinton Hall Grounds, in Cambridge.
Lining up on the Thursday are Ralph McTell (headliner), Sam Sweeney, while Friday has Jose Gonzalez, Karine Polwart, Nancy Kerr, and James Fagan and friends, on Saturday there's Lucinda Williams (headliner), RuRa, Lisa O'Neill, Talisk, and Tunng, and on Sunday there's The Fisherman's Friends, Jarrod Dickenson, Lil' Jimmy Reed and The A Team, and Richard Thompson (solo acoustic). These join the two acts previously announced, next year's curator Nick Mulvey, plus award winners Kate Griffin & Ford Collier.. There's much more still to be announced including Friday and sunday headliners.
