The first 50 acts have been revealed for FOCUS Wales, the music festival and conference takes place in various venues in the town centre of Wrexham, in North Wales from Thursday 7th until Saturday 9th May 2020.
Leading the names are Super Furries frontman Gruff Rhys playing FOCUS foir the first time, along with Flamingods, Georgia Ruth, John, The Breath, Catrin Finch & Seckou Keita, Gallops, The Trials Of Cato, ACCU, Art School Girlfriend, Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard, Kidsmoke, Ynys, Golden Fable, Adwaith, Campfire Social, Worldcub, Panic Shack, Natalie McCool, Seazoo, Dienw, Melin Melyn, Goodbye Honolulu (Ontario, Canada), and Cara Hammond.
There's also (alphabetically) Baby Brave, Blind Wilkie McEnroe, Bryony Sier, Chupa Cabra, Delta Radio, Eitha Da, Elis Derby, Emily Magpie, Eve Goodman, Evie Moran, Flamingo House, Geraint Lovgreen a'r Enw Da, Hannah Willwood, HELLFIRE DEVILLES, Jack Found, Junior Brother (Ireland), Mountainface, PINT+BLISTER, She's Got Spies, The Besiders, The Cazales, The Routines, The Royston Club, The Zangwills, Vishten (PEI, Canada), and Wolf & Moon (Germany). Early bird tickets are on sale, currently priced at £35 for a standard festival ticket.
The event is held entirely indoors, and will showcase live performances from a collection of acts of Welsh origin throughout weekend, including special guest headliners, and selected International acts - alongside music industry panels and discussions, featuring experts from all sectors of the music industry.
