The 2nd edition of indoor RADAR Festival, which features 'forward-thinking guitar-led music' and takes place Guildford, Surrey has been forced to postponed for a second time, and will no longer take place on the rescheduled dates of Friday 16th and Saturday 17th October 2020. It's now scheduled for Friday 30th and Saturday 31st July 2021.

The first acts have been announced for the new dates, featuring many of the acts planned for this year. The full list of announced bands are Dirty Loops, Haken, Sleep Token, Humanity's Last Breath, Hacktivist (pictured above), Conjurer, Shokran, Unprocessed, Jakub Zytecki, David Maxim Micic, The Physics House Band, Siamese, PURGE, Cabal, Time, The Valuator, Hypophora, We Never Learned To Live, Wavey, Phoxjaw, Black Orchid Empire, Tiberius, Sertraline, Icarus Dive, You Win Again Gravity, Viriditas, Forager, and Lost in the Riots.

To support the festival, a crowdfunder has been launched, which will see 20% of proceeds raised being donated to RADAR's crew. Visit the crowdfunder here: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/rdrfestival

RADAR FESTIVAL organisers comment: "I’m not sure it will come as a huge surprise that in light of the current global situation we are postponing RADAR Festival 2020, but we held on as long as we could, whilst constantly evaluating the ever evolving situation. The UK Government is pushing steadily to re-open the country, but we just did not feel it was safe to put our event on. Gigs should be packed, in sweaty rooms, people jumping up and down losing their minds to their favourite bands and as it stands we would probably have to seriously reduce our capacity and re-book without any international acts. However, looking forward with positivity to 2021, we have launched a crowdfunder - where we will be giving 20% of funds raised to our 2019 crew - with many great rewards (and some to be added!) and we have managed to retain 95% of our lineup with two to be added at a later date. 2020 sucks, but let’s make 2021 a banger!"

Tickets are on sale, priced at £64.99 for both days.
