The organisers of Cambridge Rock Festival have announced that this year's event has been cancelled due to licensing issues. The festival was due to take place at Horseheath Lodge from August 3 to August 6.
In an open letter published on the festival’s website the organisers explain the underlying reasons and express their intention to continue with the license application allowing for the 2024 version of the festival and beyond to go ahead.
If you have paid for tickets, there are two options. You can choose to support the festival by keeping hold of them and put them to use next year as they will still be valid, or you can request a refund by emailing crfhelpline@gmail.com
The provisional dates for next year’s edition, celebrating 20 years since the first festival in 2004, are 1st - 4th August 2024.
