Hammerfest is a new festival for metal fans run by the people put on Hard Rock Hell and Metal Hammer. Hammerfest will take place on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th April at Pontins Holiday Camp in Prestatyn, North Wales and will feature more than 50 metal bands taking the stage across six arenas.
This is your chance for you and up to five friends, who all need to be at least 16 years old to go to Hammerfest 2009, and stay in a deluxe chalet which will have two twin beds and a double camp bed.
There are also 5 pairs of weekend tickets as runner up prizes. These will entitle you to a weekend wrist band, however this prize does not include accommodation.
Acts confirmed include Saxon and Opeth headlining with Hammerfall, Skindred, Cathedral, Alestorm, Grand Magus, Sabbat, TYR, Exit Ten, Annotations Of An Autopsy, Trigger The Bloodshed, Dream Evil, and many more, with five further metal acts still to be added to the line-up.
