Ireland's Westport Festival of Music & Food returns for a third year. The two-day, family-friendly event is taking place on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th June on the estate of Westport House, a 400 acre site in the heart of Co. Mayo, Ireland.
Line-up
David Gray headlines Saturday, and the Sunday headliner is Bryan Adams, plus Shane Filan, Paddy Casey, Danny Battles, The Overtones, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Sinead O' Connor, The Divine Comedy, The Jim Jones Revue, Bell X1, Mundy, The Ukulele Orchestra Of Great Britain, Kila, The Selecter, Bjorn Again, Tony Joe White, Bootleg Beatles, Little Green Cars, Jack Lukeman, Morrissey & Marshall, Tinariwen The Hot Sprockets, The Kilfenora Ceili Band, Alien Envoy, The Cast of Cheers, Lisa O'Neill, Daithi, We Cut Corners, Enemies, Windings, Tvvins, Elaine Mai, Dott, Boyfights, The Depravations, Rudy Trixx, It Was All A Bit Black & White, My Fellow Sponges, Zero Era, and Tracy Bruen.
The Comedy Tent will host US comedian Rich Hall, Ardal O'Hanlon, Terry Alderton, Foil Arms And Hog, David McSavage, Kevin McGahern, Fred Cooke, John Colleary, Christiane O’Mahony, Karl Spain, Comedy Club 4 Kids with Howard Read (& Little Howard CBBC), and Tiernan Douieb.
Expect over 50 international and Irish artists.

Kids under 12 go free - limit of 2 children per adult. Weekend camping prices have not yet been announced.

The Food & Wine Magazine Village will return to Westport House in 2014. Hosted by Norah Casey, it will bring together some of Ireland’s finest celebrity and Michelin Star chefs and restaurateurs for a series of culinary demonstrations.
Chefs include Rachel Allen, Clodagh McKenna, Darina Allen as well as Ross Lewis (Chapter One), Derry Clarke (L’Ecrivain), Noel McMeel (Lough Erne Resort), Neven Maguire (MacNean House), Seamus Commons (Knockranny House, Westport) and Frankie Mallon (An Port Mor, Westport).
The on-site family area includes a Pirate Adventure Park on the festival grounds. Families will be able to enjoy a host of FREE activities for kids including The Pirate Queen Swinging Ship, Pirate Plunge Log Flume Ride, Swan Pedaloe Boats, Westport House Express Train Ride, Pirates Playground, Gracy’s Bouncy Castle and more, children will have a ball.
There is an established campsite with hot water in the showers and real toilets surrounded by ancient trees with Croagh Patrick and Clew Bay in the background only a short walk away from all the Festival and a 10-minute walk from Westport town. Onsite Facilities include: FREE hot showers, electrics (limited numbers so allocated on a first come-first served basis!), WiFi, recycling, picnic & washing up areas. Onsite bar/café with live music & food open until 11pm.
