Applefest is Nailsea's Beer and Cider festival taking place annually at the Nailsea and Backwell Rugby Club with free live music running all weekend.
The event, started in 2004, has grown steadily. In 2007 despite the heavy rain over 5,000 people came through the gate. The event renamed itself the Nailsea & Backwell Beer and Cider Festival in 2013.
