Camping

Campsite: The main campsite is open to ticket holders from 2pm on the Thursday; and must be cleared during the morning of the Monday. The campsite is a bit of a trek from the car parks, so take a trolley, be prepared to make more than one trip, or hire a cycle taxi - normally found on the main route through the festival. The main campsite is a bit more lively, and is near to the late night entertainment.

Camping is in a designated area inside the main festival site, do not try to camp in the main arena. The same rules apply as for every festival: don't take what you can't afford to lose. Although they take every step possible to look after your camping gear whilst you are at Beautiful Days, safety of valuables cannot be guaranteed.

Family Camping

The festival offers a quiet family campsite, which is nearer to the car parks. This area is very quiet at night, and has play equipment for kids, a couple of catering outlets, showers, toilets, and a storytelling area. It is a slightly longer walk into the main arena each day for family campers.

Disabled Camping

The disabled camping area, is close to Escot House, and very near to the Big Top area. Those staying in disabled camping are recommended to travel onto the site along the 'red route'. The disabled camping has hard standing access to the site, and the usual ammenities. For questions, comments or suggestions about disabled access then email laura@beautifuldays.org.

Live In Vehicles

Live In Vehicles site: as family campsite, although a Live In Vehicle pass is also required, live-in vehicles are parked at the top of the site. Follow the 'blue route' for access. The field has toilet facilities, and is on the top of the hill, above the family camping, so it's a bit of walk back at night.

Arriving in Devon early

Many people arrive in Devon the day before the festival and camp at one of the many campsites in the area, or stay in the nearby city of Exeter. Telephone Honiton Tourist Information Centre 01404 43716, or Exeter Tourist Information Centres 01392 665700 for accommodation option or to find out about campsites.
