Exile Music Festival, previously the Belper Music Festival, is a small family friendly music festival which takes place from Friday 27th until Sunday 29th June 2014 and returns to Sabine Hay just outside Darley Dale in Derbyshire.

Line-up

Latest additions are Rita Payne, The Lucky Strikes, and Bobby and Lindsay.

The first acts confirmed were Blue Wallpaper Incorporated, The Cats Charis, Indigo Sky, Blackfish Music, The Jar Family, Hicks and Goulbourn, Jolly Jock, The Cactus Room, Neverland, Apple of my Eye, Fat Digester, Keith Donnelly, Red Ruff, The Buffalo Skinners, and Notts Alliance.

The weekend long event will showcase 15 to 20 local and indie bands. Their goal is to create a reasonably priced, small summer music festival that provides an overwhelmingly positive, comfortable and fun, family experience for both attendees and musicians in a beautiful countryside setting for around 500 people.

Camping

Camping is only available, inclusively and F.O.C with Weekend Tickets Under 13s (accompanied by an adult) and volunteers are free. Sorry, but no dogs (except guide dogs) are allowed on the Campsite. There is space available on the adjacent Car Park field for those wishing to use either campervans or caravans.

More info

The site has a gently sloping verdant tree lined camping area contained by Derbyshire woodland. There will be a very well stocked real ale bar with a huge variety of teasingly tasty beers, a variety of stalls, various activities to engage and a selection of vegetarian food & drink stalls and cafes on site and available around the clock.

The festival will also have a number of activities and workshops primarily for young people.

More information will be here when available.
