Bentworth Blues Weekend 2009

Now in it's ninth year, the Bentworth Blues Weekend (originally an afternoon) happens from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd August at The Star Inn, Alton, Hampshire.

This year's line-up is as follows:
Friday: Cryin' Out Loud, and Jules Benjamin.
Saturday: Funky Dory, David Hay Trio, Errol Linton, Roy Mete Band, The Guvnors, Slowburner, and Five Field Holler.
Sunday: Robin Bibi Band, Rik Martin Band, Why and Wherefores, Kyle & Shaw, Sonny Black, Robert Hokum Blues Band, Bar Room Band, and The Antidotes Jam.

Weekend tickets are priced at £25, a day ticket (Sat/Sun) £20, Friday ticket is priced at £5. Weekend and day early bird tickets £5 off until Friday 31st July. To buy tickets, by credit card dial 01420 561224. Alternatively write a check payable to: The Star Inn and send to the following address:

Expect the return of two outdoor stages leaving the pub free for drinking beer. Weekend tickets will be available. Fri, Sat, and Sun have free parking and overnight camping is available priced at £5 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast will be available at the pub Saturday and Sunday at a price of £5.
