Now in its 8th year BoomTown Fair is a music, arts and family festival that takes place at Matterley Estate, nr. Winchester, Hampshire, and will run from Thursday 11th until Sunday 14th August 2016.
The main stage line-up will consist of ska and party bands from around the world, with the other live music stages offering cabaret, gypsy, folk, reggae, dub and country and western. Plus loads of cabaret, comedy, spoken word, a range of stages, an anarchist theatre, lots of site art and many areas to explore with plenty of catering options, all the normal facilities you'd expect at a festival and a massive emphasis on eco-friendly initiatives. All attendees are encouraged to dress up in fancy dress, the fancier the better!

Tickets
Ticket prices are as follows:
Tier 1 city residency passes: £135 & ecobond deposit - sold out
Tier 2 city residency passes: £150 & ecobond deposit
Tier 3 city residency passes: £170 & ecobond deposit
There is no difference other than the price between different ticket tiers.
A limited number of teen (ages 13 - 17 years) tickets priced at £135 will also be available, but these can only be purchased in conjunction with an adult ticket by someone 25 or over (maximum of 2 tickets) who will be accompanying all under 18 teen ticket holders throughout the duration of the festival.
Child tickets (aged 12 years and under) are free and can be ordered by anyone 25 or over.
Family car (£15), campervan (£60) or caravan parking (£65) passes are also available.
The festival also offers a split-payment scheme where separate payments in manageable chunks can be used to buy a ticket over a few months.
Option A: Two Instalments: Total ticket price (£170.00 + £6.95 booking fee + £10.00 EcoBond). Payment schedule: Initial down payment is £85.00 + £16.95 due today. Final payment is £85.00 due 3rd June 2016. All ticket prices listed here include the Ticket, Booking Fees and EcoBond.
Option B: Four Instalments: Total ticket price (£170.00 + £6.95 booking fee + £10.00 EcoBond). Payment schedule: Initial down payment is £42.50 + £16.95 due today. Second Instalment is £42.50 due 3rd April 2016. Third Instalment is £42.50 due 3rd May 2016. Final payment is £42.50 due 3rd June 2016. KidzTown
A dedicated mini-festival within a festival, KidzTown, which is specifically for the little boomers, it offers a secure environment that can be enjoyed by the whole family, but foremost it is a place where children and their fun come first!
Eco bond
To keep the site free from litter, Boomtown offer festivalgoers an eco bond initiative to help keep the streets of BoomTown tidy. Ticket purchasers will be asked to pay an additional £10 eco bond deposit. On arrival at the festival attendees will be given a 'boomtown eco bag'. Organisers ask everyone to fill this bag with all their rubbish and hand it back into one of the drop off points for recycling, and have their £10 deposit returned.
Boomtique Village
Boomtique Village provides accommodation including bell tents, tipid, yurts and new for this year BuKuu Teardrop Pods and Kushti Cabins. Boomtique wristband upgrades provide access the Boomtique Village with compost loos, hot showers, a beauty tent with straighteners and hair dryers, hot tubs, sauna, chill out tent with phone charging points and more to help you forget you're actually at a festival, you paid good money for. Alternatively there's the Boomtique Deluxe wristband which give access to most of the Boom Deluxe Rooms fancy amenities across site.
