Brecon Fringe Festival 2013

Brecon Fringe Festival takes place over the second weekend in August (alongside, but not dependent on the Brecon Jazz Festival) from Thursday 8th until Sunday 11th August 2013, offering an extensive and eclectic programme of music and arts including blues, rock, jazz, country, ska, poetry, dance etc in addition to family entertainment.

Line-up

There will be 30 plus venues again in 2013 with live bands and solo acts all over town. These include Running On Empty, Bob Evans, Mr H, Livestock Davies and the Lowdown Snakes, Loxley, Scribble Man, Elvis Preseli and the Undertakers, The Coalition, Whisky Business, Albuquerque, Johnny Lucas, Soundstorm, Lindsay's Shirt, Scribble Man, Caroline Harrison, The Big Fibbers, The Semantics, Chris Pattermore, Bruise, Gerard Cousins Project, Blind River Scare, Bob Evans, Pete Jagger Venue: Ardent Gallery, Cliff Price, 4C, John Eyre, Rarething, The Hideaway Trio, Penniless Cove, and The Mists Of Time.

Tickets

Most of the events are free or charge a nominal entry fee.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
