Showcasing contemporary and traditional Scottish culture, from poetry, traditional and classical music, to radical new theatre, cabaret, pop music, dance and film. A celebration of the acclaimed Scottish poet, Robert Burns, Scotland's National Bard.

The tenth annual festival will be held over Ayr and Ayrshire will take place from Wednesday 25th until Monday 30th May 2011 with many events in Ayr Town Hall, ranging from folk to classical music and traditional through to the latest sounds from the pop scene, to community based shows at venues throughout Ayrshire, attracting audiences from all over Scotland.

Line-up

There first acts confirmed are from Hue and Cry, Dougie MacLean, Midge Ure, Capercaillie, Skerryvore, Beat That Samba Band, JJ Gilmour, Shanter Ever After, Counselled Out, The Train Wreckers, Wagner, Paije, and Floorstompers.
